PurchasesHow do I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. I can’t influence that – but I’m happy to help if something doesn’t work.
GeneralI got a new iPhone – how do I move my data?
If you use iCloud sync or an iCloud/device backup, your data will be back on the new device. iFocus Plus also offers its own backup to export and restore.
PurchasesMy purchase isn’t recognized.
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. If that doesn’t help, write to me.
GeneralDo you collect data about me?
No. My apps contain no tracking and no ads. Details are on the principles page and in each app’s privacy policy.
GeneralAre your apps available for Android or Windows?
Not at the moment. I focus fully on iPhone and iPad to get the best out of them.
GeneralDo I need an account or an internet connection?
No account. My apps are built to work offline. You need the internet for the purchase and – if you use it – for iCloud sync.
PurchasesI have a new device. Do I have to pay again?
No. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Download the app with the same Apple ID and, for in-app purchases, tap “Restore Purchases” in the app’s settings.
iFocus PlusCan iFocus Plus show my Apple Calendar?
Yes, if you allow it. Calendars and reminders can be shown optionally. Without permission the app works just the same, only without those entries.
iFocus PlusHow do I export or back up my data?
In the app you can export content as CSV, PDF or PNG and create backups you can restore later. More in iFocus Plus support.
iFocus PlusHow do I sync between iPhone and iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple ID on both devices and turn on iCloud for the app under Settings → [your name] → iCloud. The first sync can take a few minutes.
PrismdayWhen is Prismday coming out?
Soon. I’ll only name a date once the app has passed Apple’s review. Updates are under News, and you can ask for launch info via the contact form.

The core features are free. Prismday Pro unlocks the advanced features with a one-time purchase – no subscription. You’ll see the price on the App Store at launch.
