Why I build apps
Many apps today aren’t built for their users anymore, but for advertisers and data brokers. Every tap is measured, every habit analyzed – and you still end up paying a subscription.
I wanted to do it differently. With iFocus Plus I released my first own app on the App Store in October 2026: to-dos, calendar, notes and focus – calm, private and at a fair one-time price. Prismday is next.
As a Solo App Developer I do everything myself: idea, design, code, testing, support. It’s a lot of work – but it also means nobody stands between you and me.
How I work
Design
Clear, calm and in tune with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
Build native
Swift and SwiftUI instead of web wrappers. Fast, efficient, reliable.
Keep it private
Data stays local. What isn’t collected can’t be lost.
The name
Welcome to Dom Realm.
Dom Realm means something like “Dom’s realm”: the place where all my apps live. One name, one address, one standard.

Before every release
I fully check every app before release: translations, Pro features, widgets and Siri phrases. Developer tools belong in test builds, not on the App Store. Logs stay local on the device (Apple’s OSLog).
